Chișinău, Moldova, October 23, 2023, Octalogik, has successfully completed a specialized ISO 27005:2022 training course which took place on October 21-22, 2023. Octalogik is proud to announce the successful completion of the ISO 27005 Foundation training course, a significant milestone in our “Women in Cyber” mentorship program. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering diversity and enhancing the role of women in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity.
The training, held at the Training Center Orange Moldova, was tailored specifically for women, addressing the growing need for expertise in the ISO 27005 standard. This course represents a pivotal step in equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of information security risk management.
Mihai Dantiș, Lead Trainer at Octalogik, emphasized the critical importance of understanding and mitigating risks in the digital landscape. His insights highlighted the indiscriminate nature of cyber threats, underscoring the need for comprehensive security measures across all professional domains.
A key focus of the program was on risk management, a vital component in the defense against cyber threats. Participants gained hands-on experience and developed skills essential for identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks effectively. Upon successful completion of the exam, participants were awarded ISO 27005 Foundation certificates, recognizing their mastery and commitment to information security risk management.
